Responsibilities
As a Field Service technician, you will support clients with hardware, networking, and troubleshooting requirements. Duties include maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and POS systems; performing hardware installations and network troubleshooting; executing install, moves, adds, changes (IMAC) projects; and ensuring customer satisfaction through preventive maintenance and professional communication.
Requirements
1+ years of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting experience; 6 months of proven customer service experience; A+ certification or equivalent experience; valid driver's license and clean driving record; must have a car, cell phone, laptop, console cable, and basic tool kit; willingness to travel and stay overnight if necessary.
Benefits
Pay rate $26-$29 per hour + 4% vacation pay; paid mileage for designated distance.
