Responsibilities
As a Field Service technician, you will support clients with hardware, networking, and troubleshooting requirements. Duties include uninstalling and replacing monitors, routing cables, removing docking stations, ensuring sit-stand desks function, verifying monitor functionality, and completing inventory sheets. You will also maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and POS systems, perform IMAC projects, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
1+ years of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting experience; 6 months of proven customer service experience; A+ certification or equivalent experience; valid driver's license and clean driving record; own car, cell phone, laptop, console cable, and basic tool kit; willingness to travel and stay overnight if necessary.
Benefits
$26-$29 per hour + 4% vacation pay; paid mileage for designated distance.
