About the role
- Support enterprise mortgage and MFT applications. Troubleshoot, analyze code in Java/Angular/Python, and maintain REST APIs.
Responsibilities
- Support two key enterprise applications: Mortgage & Pricing Application and Managed File Transfer (MFT) Application. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly to minimize downtime. Analyze and review code in Java, Angular, and JavaScript to identify root causes of problems. Support and maintain REST API integrations between applications and external systems. Collaborate closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate issue resolution and enhancements. Assist in incident analysis and escalate issues as needed to ensure system stability. Participate in deployment and release activities, ensuring quality and compliance. Document support activities, incident reports, and resolutions accurately. Stay updated on application and infrastructure changes impacting production environments.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Angular, and Python programming languages. Proven ability to analyze, review, and troubleshoot code effectively. Solid understanding of REST APIs and API-based integration support. Experience with AWS Cloud services. Previous experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and vendors. Strong stakeholder management skills, including incident analysis and escalation procedures.
