About the role

Responsibilities
- This role involves supporting a major data transformation initiative while owning the organization’s project intake and demand management processes. The position requires working closely with stakeholders, managing governance, optimizing workflows, and contributing to future portfolio management capabilities within the IT PMO.
Requirements
- Strong requirements gathering and elicitation experience; proficient in creating BRDs, business cases, use cases, process diagrams, and governance artifacts; experience managing intake, demand, and project governance processes; excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills; skilled in facilitating discussion between business and technology teams; ability to operate independently in evolving, less-structured environments; strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills; experience working within traditional Waterfall delivery environments.
