About the role
- Junior GRC Analyst for cybersecurity & business continuity. 12-month contract requiring onsite work in Regina, SK with 3+ years security governance experience.
Responsibilities
- Support development, maintenance & updating of security policies, standards & procedures. Assist in governance, risk management, compliance monitoring & third-party risk assessments. Contribute to business continuity & disaster recovery planning & testing. Help design & deliver cybersecurity awareness/training programs. Support internal/external audits, evidence collection & risk/exception management. Perform threat/risk assessments & recommend mitigation controls. Collaborate on change management compliance & GRC framework improvements.
Requirements
- At least one security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, ABCP, MBCP). 3+ years demonstrated experience in: Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance; Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Planning; Developing/maintaining security policies, standards & procedures; Audit support & evidence gathering; Cybersecurity awareness & training program development. Must be able & willing to work full-time onsite in Regina.
