Lead Business Analyst role driving IAM initiatives through requirements analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and project leadership. Requires 5-7 years BA experience with IAM knowledge.
Responsibilities
Lead IAM Initiatives: Triage, own and deliver IAM related change requests from inception to implementation by conducting BA activities such as eliciting and defining requirements, stakeholder and project management, facilitating UAT, and ensuring requests are completed according to deadlines and prioritization metrics. Business Impact Assessment: Understand the business context and be able to assess the impacts of the proposed changes on people, processes, access management and security policies, and technology. Risk Management: Continuously identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate or escalate them appropriately. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders to drive enterprise initiatives, manage assigned deliverables, and build strong relationships across business units to ensure seamless integration of initiatives into RBC procedures and processes Leverage Expertise: Support IAM leadership and other team members with ad-hoc requests or queries when required
Requirements
Must have: Relevant college/university degree and/or post-graduate degree in Business Analysis or equivalent work experience Minimum 5-7 years of Business Analysis experience Working knowledge of IAM practices and technologies (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, EntraID, HashiCorp Vault). Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills Proven ability to facilitate discussions with multiple stakeholders and influence key decision makers Experience as a team or project lead – ability to coach others and drive activities towards achieving project deliverables and goals Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile project methodology with a solid understanding of SDLC fundamentals Nice-to-have: Working experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence Understanding of IAM physical and logical access controls Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Institute – Professional in Business Analysis (PMI – PBA) Certification, Masters Certificate in Business Analysis, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or IAM vendor related certifications
