- We're hiring for Mainframe Developer. Required Skills: • Strong programming experience in COBOL, PL1, DB2, VSAM, CICS, JCL, and EASYPLUS • Experience with Eztrieve • Knowledge of FOCUS is an advantage • Experience working with SDLC lifecycle and development methodologies • Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design and code • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Experience collaborating with offshore teams and cross-functional project teams • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
