About the role
- Marketing Designer needed to create on-brand digital communications for personal banking initiatives. Must have 5-7 years digital design experience.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of digital design experience; strong portfolio in email, CRM, and digital assets; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling; experience in cross-functional teams; knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA); excellent collaboration and communication skills; strong attention to detail and time management; adaptability. Nice to have: experience in financial services, Salesforce, CRM tools, Figma, agency background.
