About the role

  • Hiring: Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Analyst (Contract-to-Hire). Bridge business and IT, configure ERP, lead UAT, and improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Bridge the gap between business teams and IT; configure and optimize Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, AP, AR, GL, Project Ops); gather requirements and translate them into system solutions; lead UAT, testing, and ERP enhancements; troubleshoot issues and improve end-to-end business processes; drive continuous improvement across a modern ERP landscape.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX; strong experience in ERP functional roles (not development); solid finance ERP knowledge (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, reporting); hands-on experience with configurations, workflows, and security; strong background in requirements gathering & process improvement; experience supporting UAT and production ERP environments.
