About the role
- Middle Office Operations Analyst needed for Collateral, OTC, and Repos. Support critical workflows in Capital Markets with a focus on automation and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize collateral processes including safekeeping, digital tracking, margin calls, exposure management, and lifecycle workflows. Support full lifecycle processing of OTC derivatives and repo transactions, ensuring accurate portfolio reconciliation and breaks resolution. Drive operational efficiency through workflow automation, data analytics, and exploring AI tools. Act as a trusted liaison across trading desks, legal, vendors, and internal operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal control policies. Support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of OTC derivatives lifecycle and structured products. Hands-on experience with collateral management, margining, repo markets, and portfolio reconciliation. Proficiency with collateral and margin systems such as Acadia Margin Manager and IMEM. Excellent communication abilities across multi-disciplinary teams and vendors. Capable of managing manual and semi-automated workflows. Supportive of team members with informal leadership skills.
