Responsibilities
Perform a broad range of operational support activities, including processing transactions and managing inquiries within the back-office environment. Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks to meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Maintain strong partner relationships by providing exceptional support and communication. Support day-to-day operations, including adherence to audit and process guidelines. Escalate issues or risks promptly to the appropriate channels. Assist in process improvements and contribute to operational efficiencies. Apply and adapt to new policies, technology, and procedural changes effectively. Ensure compliance with banking codes of conduct and operational policies. Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty through professional service.
Requirements
Minimum of 1-4 years of experience handling high-volume back-office operations in a financial environment. Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the capability to learn new systems quickly. Basic understanding of MM and FX products (e.g., options, foreign exchange spots and forwards, money market deposits and loans). Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Attention to detail and self-motivation to achieve goals.
