About the role

  • Operations Officer III role in Wealth Management. Oversee income events, payments, equity transactions, and manage high-volume processing with accuracy in Toronto.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Oversee income events, payment execution, and equity transactions. Data & Analysis: Manage high-volume processing with 100% accuracy and contribute to project reporting. Technical Troubleshooting: Use MS Office and banking platforms to resolve discrepancies. Leadership: Looking for someone with the potential to take on lead responsibilities.

Requirements

  • ✅ 1–2 years of experience in Canadian Banking/Ops. ✅ Knowledge of Payments, Equity, and Financial Markets. ✅ Advanced Excel skills (VBA is a huge asset!). ✅ Experience with Kyndryl systems is highly beneficial.
