About the role

  • Hiring a Pega Business Analyst in Mississauga, ON to analyze requirements and support Pega implementations.

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Pega expertise to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to analyze requirements, define functional solutions, and support the successful implementation of Pega-based applications. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams, support the design and implementation of Pega solutions, drive process improvements and agile delivery initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience working with Pega platforms and enterprise applications, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, Agile/Scrum experience preferred, SAFe® 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) Certification is a plus.
