About the role

  • Hiring a Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) for a remote contract position in Canada. Requires strong Pega implementation experience in Insurance domain and business-led solution design skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage DCO sessions with business SMEs. Understand business challenges and design optimal Pega-based solutions. Guide stakeholders on leveraging out-of-the-box Pega capabilities while minimizing customizations. Facilitate requirement elaboration sessions and develop wireframes/prototypes. Ensure alignment between business requirements and implementation approach. Coordinate with client and offshore teams for smooth delivery. Drive clarity in requirements during early project stages to reduce rework.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Pega Designer Studio, workflows, and UI/UX. Low-code / minimal customization approach to solution design. Experience in process improvement, KPIs, and end-user value measurement. Hands-on experience with Pega reporting and dashboards. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills. Preferred: 12+ years of overall IT experience. 5+ years working on Pega projects in the Insurance domain. Pega CBA or CDA certification. Knowledge of Cloud, Case Management, and Compliance Management.
