Senior PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst needed for a 22-month contract with Sheridan College. Hybrid role in Mississauga, Brampton & Oakville.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst to join a 22-month contract with Sheridan College and play a key role in a major HR modernization initiative. Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, HR, Payroll & Benefits modules, BRDs, Functional Design Documents, Process Mapping, As-Is/To-Be Analysis, Gap Analysis, UAT Leadership, Stakeholder Workshops, and integration requirements (ServiceNow, Sun Life, Pension systems are a plus). Higher Education or Ontario Public Sector experience is highly preferred.
