About the role
- Hiring a Product Owner – IAM in Toronto, ON. Requires 5+ years of Product Owner experience and 2+ years of IAM experience.
Responsibilities
- Own IAM product roadmap and backlog. Drive delivery of secure customer-facing IAM solutions. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders. Define epics, features, and acceptance criteria. Improve login experience, adoption, and customer journeys. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Owner experience in digital products. 2+ years of IAM experience (Registration, Authentication, MFA, SSO/Federation). Strong Agile/Scrum experience. Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, KPIs, and user stories. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
