About the role
- Aarorn Technologies seeks a Production Support pro (6+ yrs) for a hybrid Toronto role, troubleshooting production issues and finding long-term solutions.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot production issues, determine root causes, and engage proactively in finding long-term solutions. Work with SQL Server, Sybase, ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET, XML, HTML5, JavaScript, Windows Server, VM, Linux, PCF/Azure, Web Services (SOAP, WCF, WEB API, REST), Reporting Services (RSCON), and data warehousing tools (ETL, DataStage, SSIS).
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience. Must have: troubleshooting production issues, root cause analysis, 3+ years in SQL Server 2012-2019 and Sybase, programming with ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET, XML, HTML5, JavaScript, OS Platforms: Windows Server 2012-2019, VM, Linux, Cloud: PCF/Azure, Web Services: SOAP, WCF, WEB API, REST, Reporting Services: RSCON, Data warehousing tools: ETL, DataStage, SSIS. Nice-to-have: DB2, AIX, Azure, Elastic Search, Kibana, RPA, Ansible, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint administration.
