About the role

Responsibilities
- This role will be embedded within the Digital Business Solutions team, collaborating with internal staff, contractors, and digital delivery partners to support ongoing development, system enhancements, and enterprise digital services. The successful consultant will lead senior-level business analysis activities, including requirements elicitation, business process analysis and redesign, solution definition, data integration coordination, testing support, and stakeholder engagement. This role plays a critical part in ensuring business needs are clearly defined, validated, and translated into effective technical solutions aligned with modernization strategies and enterprise architecture.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience performing senior business analysis within complex enterprise environments. Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations from requirements through operational transition. Demonstrated experience in enterprise system modernization or digital transformation initiatives. Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable enterprise CRM or case management platforms. Proven ability to work with multi-stakeholder initiatives and cross-functional teams, including external partners and service providers. Strong experience in business process analysis, solution definition, and enterprise requirements management.
