Senior Business Analyst contract role supporting construction work management and vendor management processes. Hybrid in Oshawa, utilities sector.

Responsibilities

We are building a team for a HUGE client in the utilities sector. The role involves gathering and translating requirements for Construction Work Management Systems (CWMS), Construction Work Management (CWM) processes, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). You will perform process mapping and optimization across construction operations, create Level 4 process maps, define functional and non-functional requirements, and design current vs. future state workflows, particularly within vendor management functions. A strong understanding of contingent workforce lifecycle management and field workforce operations is required.

Senior Business Analyst experience with a strong track record of gathering and translating requirements for Construction Work Management Systems (CWMS), Construction Work Management (CWM) processes, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Strong experience with process mapping and optimization across construction operations. Ability to create Level 4 process maps and define both functional and non-functional requirements. Strong experience with current vs. future state workflow design, particularly within vendor management functions. Strong understanding of contingent workforce lifecycle management and field workforce operations.
