About the role
- Senior Business Analyst needed for IBM Maximo implementation in Toronto. 6-month contract at $100/hour, hybrid work.
Responsibilities
- The role involves business analysis, solution design, requirements management, testing, and stakeholder collaboration throughout the implementation lifecycle of a large-scale Enterprise Work Management System (EWMS) project.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience on large enterprise technology projects; 2+ years hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (v7, v8, or v9) / Maximo Application Suite; proven experience supporting IBM Maximo implementations; strong background in Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders, Service Requests, Capital Projects, and Vendor/Contract Management; expertise in documenting As-Is / To-Be business processes using BPMN; experience with BRDs, JIRA, Requirements Traceability, UAT, test planning, and defect management. Nice to have: Public Sector experience, HP ALM, Agile delivery experience.
