About the role
- Hiring a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business and technology, transforming demand into engineering reality.
Responsibilities
- The Demand & Intake Enablement Team is transforming how business demand flows into engineering reality and we need a strategic thinker who can bridge that gap. You’ll be the “connective tissue” protecting developer capacity while driving high-velocity delivery across Canada. Execute rigorous intake processes, conduct feasibility analysis, and architect ROI models that actually matter. Move beyond traditional PMO governance into AI-centric enablement where curiosity and critical thinking drive real impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years leading complex IT or Automation initiatives with a track record of aligning business and technology teams. Deep knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles. Hands-on Jira experience and comfort navigating AI/AIOps concepts, data readiness, and architectural considerations.
