About the role
- Senior Business Analyst – AI/ML needed for hybrid contract in Toronto. Must have 8-10 years experience, Canadian PR/OWP/Citizenship, and strong BA skills in AI/ML initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and define AI/ML use cases aligned with business objectives; translate business requirements into data science and machine learning solutions; collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Data Engineers to deliver AI solutions; define KPIs, model performance metrics, and AI adoption strategies.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience; Strong Business Analysis experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics initiatives; Strong understanding of predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and AI model lifecycle; Experience with data analysis, data governance, data quality, and compliance requirements; Knowledge of AI governance, ethical AI, model explainability, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA); Only candidates holding Canadian PR / OWP / Citizenship will be considered.
