About the role
- Senior Business Analyst for capital markets/market data initiatives. Hybrid role in Toronto with focus on trading, risk technology, and market data integration.
Responsibilities
- Partner with trading, risk, and technology teams to gather and document complex requirements. Support onboarding and integration of real-time market data products. Contribute to modernization of legacy trading and analytics systems. Translate market risk concepts into clear functional specs and delivery plans. Work across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years as a Business Analyst in financial services or capital markets. Experience with US Structured Credit products (ABS, MBS, CLO, CDO, etc.). Strong understanding of market data, pricing, valuation, and risk. Solid knowledge of SDLC, system design, and data modeling. Comfortable working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
