About the role
- Senior Business Analyst (IBM Maximo) needed for a 6-month hybrid contract in Toronto. Must have 10+ years BA experience and 2+ years Maximo expertise.
Responsibilities
- Drive business analysis support for complex enterprise workflow systems (EWMS/SWMS). Document comprehensive 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business processes using BPMN standards. Manage requirements end-to-end, translating them into JIRA for testing and traceability matrices. Support QA, test planning, defect triage, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirements
- 10+ years of formal application systems experience performing requirements elicitation, analysis, and workshop facilitation. 2+ years of functional/technical expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management / Application Suite. Deep understanding of asset management processes (preventative maintenance, work orders, contract/vendor management, geospatial/mobile tech). Solid experience with QA methodologies, test execution, and tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM is a plus). Public sector experience is a definite asset.
