About the role
- Senior Business Systems Analyst for digital banking with API focus. Hands-on role in Agile environment partnering with engineering and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements and solution design sessions for API-based initiatives. Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and technical documentation. Own and manage product backlogs using Jira & Confluence. Collaborate with development, security, and architecture teams end-to-end.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Business Systems / Business Analysis experience (banking or financial services preferred). Strong hands-on experience with API services and Postman. Solid Agile delivery experience. Expertise using Jira & Confluence. Nice to have: Small business banking domain experience. Experience leading initiatives end-to-end.
