Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst III with strong technical expertise in Oracle technologies to support a large-scale ERP transformation initiative. This role will contribute to the integration of Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion SaaS) with legacy enterprise applications in a complex public sector environment. The ideal candidate combines strong Business Systems Analysis capabilities with hands-on Oracle development experience and has a proven background supporting large enterprise transformation programs.

15+ years of overall IT experience, 10+ years as a Programmer Analyst, 7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, minimum 3+ years supporting ERP implementation projects involving complex legacy application integrations within Canadian public sector environments, strong Oracle development experience including PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, database schema analysis, complex query development, experience writing and consuming functional and technical specifications, experience designing and testing enterprise application integrations, strong communication skills, excellent written and spoken English.
