Senior I&IT Business Analyst for a hybrid contract in Toronto, managing stakeholders, reporting KPIs, and supporting enterprise portfolio management tools.

Responsibilities

This position is focused on delivering business analysis across IT and business functions. Responsibilities include managing stakeholders, reporting on I&IT performance KPIs, identifying IT cost drivers and savings opportunities, and supporting resource utilization. The role also requires gathering and documenting requirements, developing business models and Power BI reports, and supporting the implementation of enterprise portfolio management tools while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives.

Required skills – stakeholder management and reporting I&IT-wide performance KPIs, identifying IT operational cost drivers and implementing savings initiatives, expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), resource utilization tracking and management, hands-on experience developing use cases within enterprise portfolio management tools (such as Asana or JIRA) and experience in Power BI reporting and data analysis.
