Responsibilities
- Hiring: Senior IT Business Analyst. Location: Toronto, Ontario, Onsite (5 days per week in office). Duration: 1 year. Hourly Rate: $80/hour – $95/hour (based on experience). Client: Public Sector – Healthcare. Deliverables include requirements gathering, project documentation, and creating/executing test scripts for end-to-end functional testing.
Requirements
- Must Haves: 7+ years working experience as a Business Analyst on Health care/IT projects; 3+ years of working experience on medium-to-high complexity Agile initiatives; ability to work with lines of Agency assets such as Primary Care Information Exchange (PCIE); work with primary care vendors and Agency asset product owners to create/update/refine user stories; manage multiple tasks and meet delivery dates; document business and system solutions using Agile methodology; support development of test scripts. Required Skills: College/University undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business or related discipline; knowledge/experience in Cloud technologies; knowledge of Provincial healthcare systems; knowledge of Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA); knowledge of agile principles and scrum methodology; knowledge of JIRA, Confluence; excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; excellent documentation, verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in fast-paced environment; Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Institute –Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI – PBA) preferred.
