About the role

  • Senior PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst for 22-month contract, hybrid GTA, leading HR transformation and UAT.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops and define future-state HR processes. Create BRDs, FDDs, and detailed functional documentation. Drive process mapping (As-Is / To-Be) and gap analysis. Support integrations (Payroll, Benefits, Pension, external systems). Own UAT planning, execution, and defect coordination.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst. Strong experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor). Skilled in BRDs, FDDs, process mapping, and UAT. Experience in HR transformation or large enterprise environments. Bonus: Public sector or higher education experience.
