About the role
- Senior Product Designer contract hybrid role in Toronto. Requires 5+ years experience designing interactive experiences and proficiency with Figma/Adobe Creative Suite.
Responsibilities
- Senior Product Designer role focused on creating simple and stunning visual design solutions for interactive experiences. Responsibilities include responsive web design, mobile application design (Android and iOS), creating animations, custom illustrations (2D and 3D), page layouts, high fidelity prototypes, user flow diagrams, and storyboards.
Requirements
- Must Have: • A degree in design or a design-related discipline (user-centred design, visual design, graphic design, product design, etc.) or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience designing interactive experiences or equivalent work experience • Comprehensive understanding of interaction and UI design • Passion for creating simple and stunning visual design solutions • Good fundamental understanding in Responsive Web design and Mobile Application design (Android and iOS) • Proficiency with Adobe's Creative Suite (including After Effect, Illustrator, In Design) and Figma. Nice to have: • General understanding in Agile Methodologies or experience working in an agile process • Skillsets to create high fidelity prototypes, user flow diagrams, and storyboards • General understanding of HTML/CSS (able to produce web-ready assets and designs)
