About the role
- Senior Software Engineer with 15+ years experience to architect scalable backend services using PHP/Laravel and .NET Core. Lead initiatives, mentor engineers, and work with modern polyglot stack.
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end: design, development, and deployment. Lead technical design discussions and architecture decisions. Mentor engineers through code reviews and best practices. Integrate AI tools into daily development workflows. Drive long-term technical initiatives for platform scalability and reliability.
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional software development experience. Expert in PHP (Laravel) (required). Experience with .NET Core (short ramp-up acceptable for strong PHP candidates). Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity. Principal Engineer mindset: ownership, leadership, and technical vision.
