  • ServiceNow Business Process Consultant for Canada remote role. Requires ServiceNow platform experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, IRM, and client workshop leadership.

Responsibilities

  • ServiceNow Business Process Consultant responsible for leading client workshops, gathering business requirements, defining solution approaches and process improvements, working directly with clients and business stakeholders, coordinating with global delivery teams, and managing deliverables, follow-ups, and project alignment.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow platform. Hands-on experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, and IRM. Ability to lead and facilitate client workshops and gather business requirements. Experience defining solution approaches and process improvements. Ability to work directly with clients and business stakeholders. Experience coordinating with global delivery teams. Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage deliverables, follow-ups, and project alignment.
