About the role
- Bilingual SharePoint Online / M365 / Power Platform Consultant needed for digital transformation. Lead business analysis, governance, and implementation of SharePoint, Power Platform, and digital workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation. Develop business cases and conduct options analysis. Support project delivery through planning, scheduling, and status reporting. Track risks, issues, and change management activities. Contribute to governance frameworks for SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions. Support stakeholder engagement, training, and business readiness initiatives. Advise on best practices for forms, workflows, and digital services.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience (within the last 10 years) in business analysis for IM/IT or digital initiatives. Minimum 3 years of experience working with: SharePoint Online (SPO), Microsoft 365 (M365), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), HTML-based forms and workflows. Demonstrated experience in: Requirements gathering and process mapping, Business case development and options analysis, Project support (planning, scheduling, reporting), Risk and issue tracking, Change management and stakeholder engagement. Technical Skills: SharePoint Online: Information architecture, governance, permissions, content lifecycle management. Power Platform: Business-side expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse (requirements, validation, governance). M365 Tools: Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. Project Tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project. Visualization & Reporting: Visio, Miro/Mural, MS Whiteboard, Power BI (consumer-level).
