About the role
- Senior Business Analyst role supporting front-end/web applications and digital transformation. Requires 10+ years BA experience, Jira/Confluence expertise, and familiarity with JavaScript/MERN stack.
Responsibilities
- Support modern web-based and front-end application initiatives, including onboarding and digital transformation efforts. Work closely with engineering teams to contribute to modernizing customer-facing applications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience. Experience supporting front-end/web applications. Strong hands-on experience with Jira & Confluence. Expertise in data mapping and process/flow diagrams. Experience writing technical user stories in Agile environments. Familiarity with JavaScript / MERN stack (React preferred). Exposure to Java backend systems.
