- Team Lead for Infrastructure Engineering. Hands-on technical leadership role overseeing infrastructure, production operations, and mentoring engineers in a hybrid North York environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers. Serve as primary escalation point for complex production incidents. Partner cross-functionally with development, security, and architecture teams. Contribute hands-on to automation, infrastructure improvements, and modernization.
Requirements
- 7+ years in infrastructure/systems engineering. 2+ years in a technical leadership capacity. Strong ITIL, change management, and incident response experience. Ability to stay technical while coaching and developing others. Clear, confident communication style. Experience in production-heavy, fast-paced environments.
