Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business & technical requirements; collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional units; translate complex technical processes into actionable business requirements; prepare BRDs, functional specifications, and process flow documentation; support project execution, reporting, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); identify process improvements and recommend business solutions.

- 5+ years of experience; strong experience in Banking & Finance domain; excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools; ability to understand technical requirements and work closely with technical teams.
