About the role

- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to scope complex technical roles. Build research-driven sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, and technical communities. Craft highly personalized outreach to engage hard-to-reach, top-tier talent. Develop talent maps and provide market insights on competitors, trends, and niche skill areas. Continuously iterate on sourcing strategies using data and performance signals.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE 3-5 years of technical sourcing experience (software/infrastructure roles preferred). Proven success hiring for hard-to-fill, highly specialized technical roles. Strong Boolean sourcing skills and expertise with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter & GitHub. Ability to understand concepts across ML systems, compilers, or low-level performance. Curious, resourceful, and persistent mindset. Experience targeting top-tier tech companies and high-growth startups.
