Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Technology Architect (RQ11206) for a contract role with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement (Ontario). The role is located at 777 Bay St., Toronto (Hybrid) starting 01-Sep-2026 to 31-Aug-2027 with possible extension. Hours are 7.25 hours/day and requires CRJMC security clearance.
Requirements
5+ years in secure architecture design & implementation (Zero Trust, SDN, SD-WAN, SASE/SSE); Cloud security (AWS / Azure / GCP); Endpoint & threat security (EDR, XDR, IPS/IDS, NAC, DDoS); Identity & access management (MFA, passwordless, certificate-based auth); SIEM / SOAR tools; Incident response, vulnerability management, automation & patching; Strong stakeholder coordination & documentation; Experience in SOC/Security operations & program coordination. Nice to have: CISSP / CISM / CCSP / CEH / CISA / CRISC certifications; Experience with NIST CSF v2, CIS Controls, MITRE frameworks; MSSP/MDR or public sector experience (Ontario K–12 preferred); Experience in OT security, UEBA, red teaming, POCs/pilots.
