About the role

  • Senior Technology Problem Management Specialist to lead enterprise-wide Problem Management and RCA initiatives. Hybrid role with 3 days onsite at a Top 5 Bank.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiatives for a Top 5 Bank.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in IT Service Management (5+ in Problem Management), Strong RCA leadership experience in enterprise environments, ITIL v4 certification (preferred), Excellent stakeholder and communication skills

Benefits
