About the role
- UAT Lead needed for banking domain in Toronto, ON (hybrid). Must have strong UAT experience, banking knowledge, and familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM.
Responsibilities
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for enterprise banking projects, including planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality and alignment with business requirements.

- Banking experience is mandatory. Strong experience leading UAT activities for enterprise projects. Experience with UAT planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off processes. Experience working with business stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of banking applications, financial systems, or digital transformation programs. Experience with test cases, test scenarios, and UAT coordination. Knowledge of JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar tools is preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
