Responsibilities

The Wealth Planning Quality Analyst is responsible for reviewing completed financial plans to verify they meet established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal best practices. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or employees seeking to gain valuable experience in the financial planning industry within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Post-secondary education in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience. Financial planning experience via advisory, technical, or planning support roles. Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Pinnacle Financial Planning (PFP), or Qualified Associate Financial Planner (QAFP) designation. Strong knowledge of core financial planning concepts (retirement, cash flow, investments, insurance, estate, and tax considerations). Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to evaluate complex information accurately. Analytical, critical thinking, and sound judgment skills. Ability to interpret and apply review criteria consistently and objectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings clearly. Persuasive communication skills to guide front-line planners in preparing corrected plans via virtual meetings. Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative, team-based environment. Nice to Have: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Teams) and financial planning software. Bilingual in French.
