Responsibilities
- Role involves supporting 2-3 core Workday modules (Talent, Total Rewards, HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits), configuring Workday Security and reporting, supporting annual events (Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment), optimizing Business Processes to automate manual tasks, partnering with business teams to document requirements, documenting processes and workflows, translating business gaps into automation requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across time zones.
Requirements
- Strong experience supporting at least 2-3 core Workday modules, extensive experience configuring Workday Security and reporting, experience with annual events like Talent/Performance and Open Enrollment, experience optimizing Business Processes for automation, ability to partner with business teams and document requirements, experience configuring ATS tools like Greenhouse is a plus, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones, Workday Certification is a plus.
