Responsibilities
Review and validate detailed engineering and insurance-related reports
Proofread and edit technical reports for grammar, clarity, and consistency
Review numerical data, calculations, and engineering-related details for accuracy
Cross-check information between reports, supporting documents, and spreadsheets
Work with Excel and Microsoft Office tools to validate data and formatting
Ensure reports meet company standards and client expectations
Flag discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information for correction
Work collaboratively with others to communicate discrepancies
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Excellent written English communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience reviewing technical, engineering, or data-heavy documents is preferred
Background in engineering, science, math, or technical fields is a plus
ESL teaching or similar experience is a plus (strong grammar foundation)
