Responsibilities
Cover the Montreal-East, Laval, Laurentians and Lanaudière territory
Develop robust business plans to execute brand strategy and tactics in the field
Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives
Build strong partnerships with customers and accounts and develop a high-quality territory plan
Create pre-call plans and execute post-call evaluations to improve sales performance
Support key stakeholders' needs, expectations, and challenges to build trusted relationships
Execute call plans and optimize coverage of key customers to maximize sales opportunities
Build understanding of customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, market segments, accounts, diseases, products, and clinical expertise
Share market intelligence with the district manager and team members to align and optimize brand strategy
Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with healthcare providers
Identify, develop, and maintain disease-state experts and speakers/advocates to maximize brand performance
Place patients at the center of efforts while operating within AbbVie's business code of conduct, policies, laws, and regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Proven track record of success in sales
Solid presentation skills
Strong customer relationship-building skills
Passion for challenges and success
Excellent business acumen with strategic, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to predict contingent outcomes from customer and competitive perspectives
Ability to develop sales strategies from findings

Ability to travel approximately 50%, including overnight travel
