Responsibilities
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives
- Create pre-call plans and execute post-call evaluations to improve sales performance
- Effectively handle objections and close sales calls
- Proactively support key stakeholders to build trusted relationships
- Execute a call plan to maximize sales opportunities
- Build understanding of customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, and market dynamics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce or equivalent
- Minimum of three to five years in a Specialty Sales role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Gynecology experience is preferred
- Gastroenterology experience is an asset
- Established relationships with existing HCP targets is an asset
- Proven track record in sales and solid presentation skills both F2F and virtually
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Proficient with technology and virtual platforms
