Responsibilities
Cover the territory of East Montreal, Laval, Laurentides and Lanaudière
Develop strong business plans to implement the brand strategy and related field tactics
Drive solid sales and maximize short- and long-term revenue
Build close relationships with customers and respond to their needs
Plan and evaluate visits to continuously improve sales outcomes
Meet or exceed sales, brand performance, financial and commercial objectives
Address customer objections, misunderstandings and concerns to obtain commitment
Respond to the needs, expectations and challenges of key stakeholders to build trusted relationships
Execute a call plan that optimizes coverage of key customers
Develop an understanding of the market, competition, customers, disease states, products and clinical expertise
Communicate market intelligence to the district manager and team members
Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with healthcare providers
Identify, train and retain disease-state experts and speakers/spokespersons
Requirements
University degree
Proven successful track record in sales
Strong presentation skills
Strong customer relationship skills
Passion for taking on challenges and delivering results
Excellent business acumen; strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to anticipate potential outcomes from the customer and competitor perspectives
Ability to develop sales strategies
