About the role
- Senior Release Train Engineer facilitating Agile delivery for Acuity Inc.'s software projects. Collaborating with various teams to ensure predictable deliveries and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary facilitator for a new software Agile Release Train (ART)
- Establish and evolve the ART's operating model
- Support predictable delivery and improve workflow
- Orchestrate Program Increment (PI) execution across multiple Agile teams and shared services
- Collaborate closely with product management, system/solution architecture, engineering leadership, and one or more Scrum Masters
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in Agile delivery (RTE, senior Scrum Master, delivery lead, Agile coach)
- Experience managing software solutions and practical knowledge of end-to-end integrated software systems
- Proven experience facilitating PI planning and coordinating multiple teams
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- SAFe RTE or SPC certification is an asset
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
- Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is an asset
- Knowledge of French is required for communication with colleagues and vendors in Quebec
