About the role

Senior Product Manager owning AI-powered distribution ERP capabilities at Acumatica. Driving roadmap, partner ecosystem, launches, and measurable supply-chain outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own the product direction and multi-year roadmap for Acumatica’s Distribution Edition
Define and communicate product vision aligned with corporate strategy and other industry editions
Translate customer, partner, and market insight into prioritized market requirements for engineering
Build business cases for planned investments and guide scope, timing, and tradeoffs
Make build, buy, and partner decisions, including responsibilities for the ISV ecosystem
Identify AI opportunities across demand forecasting, replenishment, order exceptions, pricing, and warehouse operations
Design AI workflows with trust, transparency, and operational control
Define measurable outcomes such as inventory turns, fill rate, order accuracy, and time saved
Engage distributors, resellers, and ISV partners to understand operations and market needs
Track competitors and trends and develop differentiation for sales and marketing
Serve as the Distribution subject matter expert internally and externally
Partner with engineering and UX on design, scope, delivery, functional designs, and release plans
Lead launch readiness, including beta programs, early adopters, documentation, training review, and enablement
Create sales collateral such as demos, data sheets, and presentations
Monitor product quality and adoption metrics and drive improvements
Resolve escalations from support, customer success, and implementation teams
Contribute to knowledge base content and partner education

7+ years of product management experience in business applications, in the ERP space
Direct domain experience in the distribution vertical market
Product experience with inventory, warehouse management, order management, purchasing, and supply chain management
Track record of taking products from market requirements through launch with measurable results
Experience working with ISVs, partners, or other platform ecosystems
Strong roadmap and prioritization skills, with decisions tied to customer value and business outcomes
Working knowledge of how distributors operate, including margin pressure, service levels, and channel complexity
Blend of business and technical savvy, with comfort working in detail with engineers
Clear written and verbal communication, including with executives, customers, and partners
Hands-on fluency with LLMs, agentic workflows, retrieval, and tool use
Practical grasp of what AI technologies can do reliably
Experience defining evaluation and quality approaches for AI in supply chain workflows, with accuracy, explainability, and human oversight
Daily personal practice of using AI for product work, and ability to model and teach it
Clear point of view on how AI will change supply chain management, and judgment to separate value from hype
