Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional technical projects and build/review architectures
- Drive coding standards and technical processes across engineering
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects ensuring quality, stability, and delivery
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to maintain high standards
- Collaborate across teams to promote open communication on architecture and problem-solving
Requirements
- 8+ years of SaaS application development experience
- Strong collaboration with Staff on engineering decisions and product development
- Prior experience in a Staff Developer role or higher
- Full-stack development, hands-on coding daily
- Ability to architect complex systems for performance and scale
- Experience working with Product, UX/UI Designers
- Knowledge of software observability and AI tooling
- Capacity to thrive in ambiguous environments and guide system-wide decisions
- Excellent delegation skills and capability to unblock teams effectively
- Belief in iterative evolution of architecture
