Requirements
- 8+ years of SaaS application development experience
- Previously held a Staff Developer or higher title
- Embraced AI coding tools like Claude
- Hands-on with frontend technologies (React, TypeScript)
- Architected complex systems, balancing performance, scale, and developer experience
- Fluent in performance best practices
- Closely collaborated with other Staff on engineering decisions
- Thrive in ambiguity and can operate at different levels
